A weekend in Vermont is a very special thing indeed. Add a group of Alfa Romeos, a run along Rt. 100 from Southern VT to Stowe and you have the makings of an epic weekend of fantastic driving on the most beautiful ribbons of black tarmac and dreamy backdrops. Join AONE for this epic weekend of good food, good driving and great company. Participants are encouraged to arrive at our base hotel (tbd) in Southern Vermont on Friday. We will have breakfast together Saturday morning and depart around 10am for the run along Rt. 100 to the town of Stowe where we will stop for lunch. The trip back to our base hotel will see us drive through the many beautiful towns and villages along Rt. 7 South where participants can stop at will to stock up on Vermont cheeses and maple syrups. A group dinner Saturday evening will round out the day. We will rise to breakfast Sunday morning before leisurely closing the curtain on what promises to be a memorable event of the 2025 AONE calendar. Hotel accommodation, rates and booking information will be provided soon on chapter website veloccisima.com.

On Wednesday, June 18, we invite all our sport driving friends to join us for an afternoon/evening of spirited driving, camaraderie, and good times. This is a late afternoon HPDE event being held at Pacific Raceways in Kent, WA. This is an open lapping format designed to provide club members and non-member guests the thrill of driving their beloved Alfa Romeos and all other vehicle types in a "spirited" manner on a closed road course. This event is open to all experienced drivers and dinner is provided. Questions? Call or text Fred Wright at 360-628-1545 Instructors are encouraged to attend as we will have newer drivers that will need your help. We really want instructors to enjoy driving at these evening events too. Here is the link to register: http://msreg.com/Juneeveninglapping All drivers must have a valid WA Drivers License (must show original at check-in) and proper driver safety gear (helmet rental is available). IMPORTANT NOTE: This year we are starting at the Irving Gas Station/Dunkin’ Donuts, 21 Village Inn Road, Westminster. The meeting spot is ideal, offering not just gas but also facilities, picnic tables, and (of course) the ever-essential Dunkin‘ Donuts coffee.

Join us at 9:30AM to chat and fuel up. After a short driver’s meeting, we’ll leave promptly at 10:00AM.

Our route promises to be a delightful journey! The tour will wind its way through the rolling hills and twisty turns that characterize the back roads of the Wachusett Region. We’ll have a photo and bathroom break at the picturesque Petersham town common and Petersham Country Store. We have high hopes that this early summer date will deliver the perfect "top down" kind of day, allowing everyone to fully immerse themselves in the forested greenery of central Massachusetts.

After completing our tour of the Wachusett Region, we’ll cap off our outing with a well-deserved lunch at the picturesque 1761 Old Mill Restaurant, 69 State Road East, Westminster, MA.

Please contact Dan Donovan at dmdonovan1@yahoo.com or 508-340-3579 if you plan to join us, so we can let our hosts know how many to expect.
