Sunday, May 24 – Canadian Grand Prix – Doors open at 11 a.m. / Race at 1 p.m. Experience Formula 1® race weekends hosted inside Grand Prix Plaza. Taking place at the F1 Hub lounge, the live watch parties will be ticketed and include buffet-style dining with select dishes inspired by each race’s host country, non-alcoholic beverages, large-screen race viewing and interactive fan activations. Attendees will receive complimentary access to F1® SIMULATORS during the event. Giveaways for Clark County residents will also be held, with prizes like merchandise and tickets to Grand Prix Plaza experiences. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. Reserved parking has been secured for display of Alfa Romeo vehicles on Main Street in front of the historic courthouse. Parking spaces are available from
5PM to 9PM. In order to obtain a sufficient number of reserved parking spaces, please confirm if you plan to attend by May 28, 2026.

24 hours. 40 plus historic cars. Live Le Mans coverage. The American story at Le Mans, told through the Simeone Museum collection. The Simeone Foundation Automotive Museum will host the fourth annual 24 Heures du Simeone on June 13 and 14, 2026, running concurrently with the actual 24 Hours of Le Mans in France. Overnight guests are welcome for the full 24-hour duration of the event. Bring a sleeping bag, blanket, or tent for a "camping" experience inside the museum. . The museum stays open continuously from Saturday 10:00 AM through Sunday morning. General admission ($33.85) covers the full event including overnight access. Steve Quintavalla and his son, JP, attended this event last year and stayed overnight and said it was a very enjoyable. Parking is nearby in a supervised lot/with security.

Please register for whether you will be arriving Friday or Saturday, mostly so we know if a group dinner or Friday would be possible. An option is coming from the Kansas City area is to Meet in Legends area (I70 & I435 in KCK) at 8:00 AM and drive out to Salina, arriving to go in museum at 11:00 AM

After the museum we will then meet TBD for lunch and drive back to our homes.

Registration is only to have some idea for the group size. All activities that require a fee will be at the registrant‘s expense.

Demo Days at the Simeone Museum offer a rare opportunity to see historically significant racing sports cars brought to life. Unlike a traditional museum visit, Demo Days allow guests to experience select cars not only as works of design and engineering, but as living machines in motion. Featured cars taking place in the demo include: 1937 Alfa Romeo 8c 2900A, 1921 Vauxhall 30/90 Velux Tourer, 1926 Bugatti Type 35 and a 1933 Squire Roadster. Tickets for this event costs $17.85 and can be purchased on the Simeone Foundation website listed in the external link provided below. For folks planning to attend this event and prefer to travel as a group, a caravan can be arranged.

Summer is almost here, and you know what that means? The AROSC Summer Party (and Auction) is right around the corner!

We will be back at Val and Monique Dietrich’s home in Palos Verdes Estates (LA County), where we were in 2024. So please save this date, Saturday, July 18th from noon until 4:00 and plan to join your fellow members for a fun afternoon of good eating, drinking, and friendly competition for amazing Alfamobilia auction items. We are hoping for a repeat performance by volunteer auctioneer Paul Blankenship. There will also be a silent auction for some of the items. All proceeds go to the chapter treasury to support future events.

Meanwhile, dig out your Alfa Romeo posters, models, books and other etceterini (for the auction) and plan to bring a bottle of your favorite wine, an appetizer or dessert (for the potluck).

Annual get together for music and wine. Outdoor event, so if raining, gets moved inside. Can get pretty crowded. Bring folding chairs. Food trucks are usually there. $8.00 per person cover charge. Let us know who is coming so someone can get there early and try to secure a shaded area.

Florida Alfa Club annual Christmas / Holiday luncheon at Alfano‘s in Clearwater. You‘ll need to send check to Polly, see flyer inserted. $50 per person, in advance.
We will also have our annual installation of officers at this event.

Our popular holiday gathering will be held in the wonderful old Feather Ballroom in Snohomish, a building rich in NW history. Join us for appetizers, an excellent meal, wine, and socializing. The annual silent auction is a great chance to bid on Alfa-related items, and the sales generate money for local charities. Other highlights include the Year-in-Review slideshow and the presentation of the Alfisti of the Year award. You must register in advance, and details will be provided later.
