Celebrate May as we drive backroads of Bainbridge Island, the Kitsap Peninsula, and along Hood Canal, stopping for lunch at Hama Hama.
We'll meet at the WA State Ferry dock in time to catch the 9:35 ferry to Bainbridge. Then we'll gather at the Kitsap Bank parking lot at 10140 High School Road, departing for the drive at 10:30. A portion will be dirt road, which will give us rarely seen views. After lunch, we'll drive south, cross the Tacoma Narrows Bridge and continue up twisty roads leading north toward Seattle.
