Event Registration of $12 for each AROC member an $14 for each non-member. Registration will cover the fee for the Saturday Drive.

Unless you have a Secondary member added to your AROC membership, all your family member Guests should be registered as "AROC USA Member Guest (non-member)", NOT as "AROC Members" because you won't be able to enter their names.

A driving tour from Palm Desert to "a soon to be decided restaurant" for lunch. If you are in a group, only the Driver should check this.

The tour instructions will distributed at the scheduled starting point TBD.

This will be a choose your own lunch place. A list of available sandwich shops, cafes & restaurants will be provided at the tour starting location.
Drivers ONLY should respond so those wanting can re-group after lunch to drive in a caravan back to Palm Desert.

This is a self drive tour and is $10 for each tour booklet, usually you will need only one per car.
You will be getting a color booklet with route, photos, and narrative.

The intention for this tour is to give people choices, both arbitrarily beginning at the familiar location of Albertsons/Starbucks at Deep Canyon and CA-111 around 9:30 AM. You'll have directions to Sunnylands, where you can enjoy a leisurely cup of coffee, conversation with friends, and/or a stroll through the gardens. This option will include a reminder you need to leave Sunnylands by about 1:00 p.m.

Alternatively, you can continue a route through some of the neighborhoods of Palm Springs. That said, you will need to be cognizant of how long it will take from whatever neighborhoods/buildings you are touring so you can be at Escena around 1:30 PM. There will be lots of directions, descriptions, historical facts, and pictures in the booklet. Also, I'm guessing that if you want to take the entire drive and not do a lot of stops, other than to gawk, the drive should take about three hours, so you would need to start no later than 10:30 AM.
