The 2025 AROSC Wine Tour returns to Santa Ynez Valley, April 11-13

To book your room, call the Sideways Inn at 805-688-8448 and ask for the "AROSC ROOM BLOCK" to get our group rate ($195/night + tax). We are guaranteed a number of ADA rooms and pets are welcome. There are four styles of rooms: king standard, kind standard ADA, two queen standard and two queen ADA. If you need a different sleeping arrangement, state your requirements when you book, and the hotel will work with you. The Sideways Inn is located at 114 E. Hwy. 246 in Buellton. The weekend kicks off with a Friday welcome reception pizza + salad dinner in our headquarters hotel, with a no-host bar (do not bring your own drinks to this party). On Saturday, we'll taste at two wineries, enjoy a BYO alfresco picnic lunch in a leafy park in Buellton, and reconvene for a Santa Maria BBQ dinner at Mendenhall's Museum of Gasoline Pumps & Petroliana. Do bring your own wine from the day's tastings (no corkage fee) to enjoy at dinner. Sodas and waters will also be available.
You are on your own for breakfast on Saturday, and the hotel has a "knock and drop" breakfast service. On Sunday, we'll gather informally between 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. at Ellen's Danish Pancake House to say, "happy trails".
Your $100/person registration for the event includes the Friday welcome reception, park entry for the Saturday lunch and admission to and dinner at the Mendenhall Museum on Saturday evening. Tastings at the wineries on Saturday will be extra and paid in cash at the event.
Two absolutes: 1) Our block of rooms will be released on March 11th. 2) Due to winery tasting room capacity, the tour is limited to 40 attendees - you must be registered to attend.
You will receive a detailed itinerary by email as the big weekend approaches. Driving instructions will be distributed in Saturday morning's drivers' meeting before we head out for our tastings.
