To make hotel reservations, please go to 2025 AROC Convention Hotel Registration. If you prefer to call and make your hotel reservations, please call 1-800-HOLIDAY. (1-800-465-4329). They will need your CODE (ARO),  event name and the dates. (Alfa Romeo Owners Club National Convention, and the dates Sept. 14 - 21)
*NOTE - the hotel link defaults to 9/13 check-in through 9/22 check-out. Click on the dates to change them, and then be sure to choose the number of rooms/guests and click on Search to have the dates update to your date selections.

To register for the convention, AROC members need to logon first, then enter the number of people you are registering below by clicking on the plus signs. After that, click on the red "Register" button and you'll be taken to the next screens where you can choose which specific activities you want to sign up for with the plus signs next to each activity. For example, if you are an AROC member and you're bringing 3 family members that are not in AROC, you would choose 1 next to AROC USA Member and 3 next to AROC USA Guest - Non-member. Then click the red "Register" button to proceed with registration.

Important Notes:
1) All Activities are listed under the name of each person you are registering. Be sure to keep scrolling down to select the Activities/Items for your guests. Search carefully, as the thing that separates the guest activities from one guest to the next is the guest's name in bold (like a section title.) Only select "Driver" activities if your guest will have their own car. Otherwise, select the "Passenger" or "Navigator/Passenger" Activity for your guest(s).

2) Beware of Club Express registration timeouts! Unfortunately, the registration timeout is set by Club Express and we (AROC) cannot change the timeout value. If you are registering more than one guest other than yourself, or you have multiple cars you need to enter information and VIN numbers for the Certificato d'Oro, it is HIGHLY recommended that you review the form in the Alfa Owner or the dropdown descriptions below and have notes about who to sign up for what and what shirts and sizes you plan to order.  It might be a good idea to save your car information to a digital clipboard or notepad file on your desktop where you can cut and paste it into the registration form. If it still poses problems, contact our Registrar Carol Korak, and she can enter your registration information for you.
