SCHEDULE:
Starts at COOK PARK in Tigard with informal CONCOURS and COFFEE at 8:30am (Sunday June 30th) All invited to show up!
TOUR CARS depart 9:45am First RALLY CAR at 10:01am
First break is at Bald Peak State Park (primitive toilet, sorry)
Lunch is a catered BOX LUNCH from "the Horse Radish" in Carlton (assorted gourmet sandwiches and salads) with fruit salad, drinks, dessert (included in entry fee)
Lunch is approx noon at Wennerberg Park, Carlton, OR at Shelter #1 Time for gas stop included
Afternoon break approx 4:15pm at Champoeg State Park (nice toilets and little store/museum for cold drinks, etc)
All cars, SHORT TOUR (starts 4pm), LONG TOUR and RALLY will rendezvous at this break..
Then the TOUR CARS go one way and the RALLY CARS another way to meet back up for dinner about 5:45
Dinner served at 6pm (see full menu below) $35/pp You SHOULD pre-register (FREE) so we get a proper head count
Rally/Long Tour approx 160 miles total
This is both a TSD ROAD RALLY and a full TOUR (guided or on your own) from Cook Park in Tigard, OR to the historical Butteville Store on the banks of the mighty Willamette River. An all day event, starting with an informal concours and coffee. A catered lunch is included. $80 registration fee. Morning and afternoon breaks. Rally is of moderate difficulty and counts as Event 4 in our spring rally series. But TOUR will be great! End point is the Butteville Store, opening JUST FOR PARTICIPANTS for a $35/pp fixed menu dinner featuring BBQ Tri Tip, oak BBQ marinated Chicken Thighs, garlic bread, mashed potato, candied pecan salad and finishing with homemade ice cream.
